CANCELLATIONS & NO-CALL NO-SHOW
At Olivera Hair, we strive to provide exceptional service to every client. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us or make the change through Booksy. Cancellations made within one hour of the scheduled appointment time, as well as no-call, no-show appointments, will be charged the full service fee.
